hello

Gemma Abbott, Dip, MBACP

Hi, I’m Gemma – a Humanistic Integrative Therapist based in Salisbury, Wiltshire and member of the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists (BACP).

Most of us go through difficulties at some points in our lives and going through a bad patch alone can be scary. The idea of going to counselling can be equally daunting, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. Counselling can help you navigate your feelings and experiences in a safe space, without fear of judgement. I have worked with all kinds of people and concerns, from anxiety, depression and grief, to relationships, addiction and abuse. I will always listen and never judge you.

I currently work as a School Counsellor for neurodiverse children as well as at the YMCA, working with young people and adults of all ages. Through these experiences and additional training, I am able to offer therapy which is accessible to all.
